We use iGuide service to measure buildings and create a virtual 3D tour. It drastically speeds up the process of measurements and provide required digital format for architects, designers or realtors. 

3D model

This is the greatest part of our services that is unique for local design market. We do not leave you along with your imagination and mood boards; instead, we actually create 3D presentation using colors and materials you choose. Modern software like Chief Architect and Vectorworks allow to create realistic 3D tours for your projects. 

Plans and documentation

Along with 3D model we provide documentation that is far beyond regular design work. It might include plans for flooring, tile layouts, electrical schemas, and much more. Contractors that we work with find these schematics extremely useful - it helps people to understand the project and its goals. As result they do their work faster and better.

Construction management

There a lot of parties included in construction and renovation projects: insurance company, town hall, contractors, providers, and more. Coordination and collaboration between all these parties is really important. And we can handle organizing it: file town hall permits, order materials, hire or recommend contractors/architects/engineers that are required on the project.
